Glad I got off Twitter because I imagine it’s a total shitshow right now with all of this, but I’m just remembering the number of times I was mocked for being dramatic and equating “queer” with “degenerate,” when I was saying “queers are degenerate to the people censoring degeneracy.”
People have been talking about how dangerous feeding the "censorship is fine when I find something gross" mindset is for so long and now that consequences are catching up, folks are finally realising that this is actually bigger than fandom discourse. We have been saying this for a while!

I really don’t know what to do in social groups where there’s no pause between one person talking and another. I just never speak because so many people interject so fast that by the time I can talk, my adhd has forgotten what I wanted to say or it’s not relevant anymore 😔
