Health update: I see my Kaiser PCP tomorrow, with a nurse friend helping advocate to transfer my care to UCSF. My doc (a badass I’m grateful for) suspects the steroid injections 10 days ago may be causing recent heart rate/BP issues—possibly worsened by harm from paramedics last July.

I’ve been sort of slowly “coming out” & unmasking as ND after getting officially tested. It’s been freeing/illuminating & informing my next career steps, but it’s also been uncomfortable & presented challenges in some of my relationships. Many have gotten better, a few have gotten worse.

Watching Dying for Sex with Michelle Williams. She plays a character dying of cancer who decides to spend her final time exploring sex, and specifically kink. It’s hilarious and well done. I appreciate the scenes of awkwardness when in D/s space trying to figure out how to work a complicated toy :p

Updating my previous post/request for a Trump filter. Apparently there are two that exist for Chrome and one is called…Make American Kittens again! And, yes, it turns all his images into kittens! Now how to get this for both streaming services and my iPhone?

I want some sort of filter, like a parental filter, but a Trump filter instead.
I feel like at least one of my techie friends can figure that out? I’d pay for that.
