I have extreme anxiety/insomnia when I have appointments the next day. It doesn't matter if it's 9 hours away. I wake up 4 hours early with no sleep and drag until the task is done and I can sleep.

I have extreme anxiety/insomnia when I have appointments the next day. It doesn't matter if it's 9 hours away. I wake up 4 hours early with no sleep and drag until the task is done and I can sleep.

I spent almost the entire day "napping", so I didn't have much time to draw something for today.
