@davidsirota.com hey huge fan of the lever, I was wondering if you've noticed that half of your correspondents, especially Ariana, pronounce the show "The Lover". ESPECIALLY in the intro which is the first thing listeners hear. Gets me every time.

@austinwalker.bsky.social you know Tolkien was in world war one. If he says it was like a thunder battle, I believe him. He was a frontline fighter in one of the biggest battles of the war. "Battle" meant something very different for him than us civilians, I'd guess.

@adammolina.com @davidimel.com everyone has talked a lot about how Android phones are being very slow to pick up QI2 Magnetic. BUT, next to no reporting has been done to figure out how much apple charges for those patents. WPC does allow their members to charge royalties over 5w. Carl Pei right??

@bradwright.bsky.social hey this is a question like 30 years late but you wouldn't happen to have an email/handle for
Jim Kaufman who directed Tin Man in SG1 would you? I have realized that episode has some of the most brilliant directing ever and I want to send him fan mail

@techconnectify.bsky.social hey are you aware of this flame powered fan? No good coverage on YouTube and it's very old-timey weird mechanical. Right up your alley

@arjunsingh92.bsky.social hey you're leaving lever time??

@ericmigi.com I think you are the one person in the world who can fix the transflective display nomenclature debacle. I'm convinced that this incredible technology has all but died out because nobody knows what to call it. E-paper is e-ink and that's something else. Can you just say transflective??

@morningbrew.bsky.social @morningbrew.extwitter.link hey tsmc just invested $100 billion dollars in their us semiconductor manufacturing, this is absolutely insane. It's an incredible amount of money and nobody's talking about it

@techconnectify.bsky.social hey did you know about these Stirling powered fans from the 1800s? I don't think many people know about this and it's really interesting, right up your alley if you can find more info youtu.be/KcUoY5BoV3U

@mkbhd.com the pebble does not use an e-ink display and never did. It actually uses a transflective display which they branded as epaper, very confusingly. Transflective just means it's like a normal digital watch or an original game boy. If you ask me it's the right technology for a watch.

@gluesenkampperez.house.gov why do I constantly see my representatives from Washington state siding with conservatives? Way to stand up with Republicans against the only one of you to show some spine. Bad move and it's a bad look
