Edison, WA is hands down my favorite small town in Washington. Had a little birthday weekend fun eating at Tweets, shopping at Christianson’s and perusing all the art in town. Get thee to Edison!

My little farm ecosystem is working better and better with the introduction of my 7 runner ducks & 1 guard goose. They are slurping slugs, fertilizing the soil with their poops, & feeding us eggs. Multi-use! 🦆

Seattle folks! 😊 A small piece of good news. 5 days until the end of the Persephone Period. That means that our latitude will receive more than 10 hours of daylight and plants are starting to grow again. Sorta bad news is 42 days until the spring equinox.
