In last´s weeks SFB 1381 Mini Symposium “Mass Spectrometric Analysis of Dynamic Protein Machineries”, experts in the field (Florian Stengel, Ilka Wittig, Fabian Frommelt) shared their recent scientific findings, sparking stimulating discussions, which were continued in a lively poster session.

We did it! 🎉 The RESOLUTE project is wrapped up. Years of fun collaboration, discovery, and innovation in SLC research. thanks to everyone who was involved! #RESOLUTE #SLC #ScienceTogether
Paper(s) alert from our RESOLUTE project – In a compilation of four papers in @molsystbiol.org we show how we were deciphering cellular logistics and present a comprehensive systematic blueprint of chemical transport pathways with #SoluteCarrier transporters

Our work on deriving protein-protein (functional) associations across different human tissues from proteomics data is now published. There is quite a lot in this paper, so I will just touch on a few highlights:

Protein–protein interactions specific to 11 individual tissues are presented in a comprehensive resource.

I came across this short, a bit entertaining clip about our SLC-interactome mapping: www.youtube.com/watch?v=FjU5.... Stay tuned - we're in the final stages of wrapping up our paper.
