Our online mini self-study courses support and improve early years practice. The courses take approximately one hour and can be completed in your own time.

All courses now cost only £12 for EYS members/£20 others.

At our Baby Stay Play and Learn session in Renfrewshire, the children enjoyed making their own playdough—exploring textures through mixing, kneading and shaping. These sensory-rich experiences support creativity, fine motor development and imaginative play.

Huge thanks to Connor from Cycling Scotland for taking our latest Little Riders & Striders session at Bridgeton Community Learning Campus in Glasgow. After our eager cyclists practised their peddling, the families went to find the fairies who live in the woods before we made our nature fairy wands.

The heavy showers didn't put off our Little Riders and Striders in Dumbarton as they worked on their balance & coordination skills. The Little Riders and Striders sessions are run in partnership with We are Cycling UK , Strathclyde Partnership for Transport, and @transportscotland.bsky.social

We held our first Little Riders & Striders session at Dalmuir Park in West Dunbartonshire. The children worked on their fundamental cycling skills like balance & coordination, which helps smooth the transition to a pedal bike
