@agrobbonta.oag.ca.gov I know you've got a lot on your plate right now, but I have to ask... AB 2097 provides exceptions for hardships where negative impacts are present UNLESS elderly or disabled homes are involved... these are protected classes, how is this even legal?

Veterans need to watch how Trump treats them! Many federal workers that have been fired are VETERANS! We need to stand up for their rights as they have put their lives on the line for ours! Vote NO on this budget bill!!

Inside the text, you’ll find cuts everywhere, and so much money taken from vets you wouldn’t believe it. These guys are frauds.

Bear in mind, when reading Alito's petulant dissent, that the monies involved are payment owed for work already completed. In this sense, I guess I "lost forever" the money I paid to have my bathroom remodeled.

It's a very Trumpian move to stiff contractors after they've already done the work.
