It’s midnight. Today is my first class at grad school and while I am very excited, I am also incredibly anxious and intimidated. I haven’t touched the topic of chemistry since I got my bachelor’s in 2011. I feel like my vocabulary isn’t scientific enough. 🫠

My current knitting project is Sandnes Garn’s Amy slipover. I’m stuck in rib island. There’s a shit ton of ribbing on the cuffs and the neck and don’t even get me started on the armholes and ties. 😭 But I know this vest will make me super happy when it’s finished. #knitting What’s on your needles?

I know lots of people are leery about it but as long as you don’t consider it as the bible, then it should be fine. I just like that it returns funny answers sometimes. But maybe because my prompts tend to be silly as well so it’s mirroring me.

First off, sorry to hear that. But don’t assume that everyone uses AI for nefarious purposes. I use it sparingly and don’t use it to decimate communities. I ask it stupid questions but I don’t create art or anything else. Just cause I use it, doesn’t make me evil. You don’t know me.

I must admit that I have to educate myself on how much my usage costs energy-wise. Albeit I use LLMs very sparingly.

Hahahaha. Honestly, I avoid using it for creative stuff. I don’t generate images or videos or text. But I also don’t want to be completely ignorant. In fact, I’ve taken formal training about LLMs and prompting. 🤣 I find the thing more like entertainment because it does come up with funny answers. 😅
