Making sure to replenish magnesium after grappling, wrestling and jogging with borlotti beans, almonds , spinach , chicory, sunflower and sesame seeds. At ca. 300-350mg this would be nearly your daily intake. How do you recover after a full-on week ?

Monday afternoon coffee replacement - Chicory root infusion with milk and Organised organ blend... The liver taste in my latte is not for the faint-hearted but I hope the extra collagen keeps the joints afloat until I find a non-combat sport natural antidepressant to get me through my PhD 😁
