I think it’s important to think of 2H “materialism” in a way that doesn’t center capitalist ideology. 2H is not so much the pursuit of material abundance & resources as it is the pursuit of material proof or confirmation. It is how we substantiate & affirm our identity.

One thing I’ve learned since mars has been opposing my 2H planets is ppl will understand your boundaries much better if you explain the hidden context. Not that I need ppl to understand, but I find it’s much easier to get support if you are candid about the events that got you to that point.
