#ADHD #ghosting often happens when RSD is involved. We believe the other person/ppl don't want anything to do with us cuz we made a mistake, missed a deadline, etc

My #ADHD has me deeply driven to optimize, which creates perpetual torture b/c basically all of society and life functions at the moment seems to be designed to be as un-optimal as possible.

I'm trying to sleep but my #ADHD brain is busy inventing a "Hunt & Eat" food toy for cats, complete with consideration for wheels, motors, material type, falling over, and sensor for when to be dead.

If everyone is a little #ADHD, then why do we have these unreasonable societal standards? Give accommodations to everyone so it becomes the norm.
Oh, you don't need someone reminding you to eat? or go to the bathroom? or get to bed before 2am?

Try to get ADHD strategy help, and admit my sleep isn't going well at the moment; Dr's stance becomes "go to sleep on time and wake up early, then you'll be fixed."
No, I was struggling even when my sleep was regular.
And no, struggling to *do* what I intend is part of why my sleep is bad.

I think one of the worst parts about school was teaching kids they have to keep doing school when they get home instead of having work-life balance. So maybe the solution to AI in students doing assignments is that it's all done only during school hours ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I don't really like couches or living room furniture. And I think it's because a couch isn't really a seat, it's basically a bed. A badly done bed. I dunno; I don't find them very comfortable or supportive to sit on. But maybe it's just me.
