This is exactly the sentiment I recently shared to someone I know who I thought was a friend but I now know is just someone I know, and someone with whom I share some common history. It’s sad to know how little they actually care for me, my family, and my community.
No matter how you’ve chosen to justify your allegiance to him, ultimately you made your decision, and quite frankly, I have lost the respect for and the affinity I had with you. There is a divide between us now that will never be completely removed.
