Had an amazing time at the Pokemon World Championship with the nephew. I feel like they could have been better prepared for the crowd sizes for some of the events, but overall, it was so cool to enjoy Pokemom with such a super friendly community.

I usually stop at Seal Beach on both ways of my workout loop. Weather report had no mention that the fog to roll in so thick.

This coffee is incredible. I dont get all of the notes mentioned on the bag but the flavors are complex and really enjoyable to sip. I actually get more of a sweet malty and papery finish which probably doesnt sound good but is quite nice.

Who needs hills when you got strong winds to resistance train on. Crazy crosswinds along the SoCal coast today thanks to the Santa Anas. Big thanks to the stranger who left me draft on him for a few miles.
