i so badly want to build a physical audio format for the modern day. optical media isn’t gonna last, no one has a cd player anymore. vinyl is cool but impractical and can be damaged moving from place to place. cassettes are the closest to what i’m thinking, but are still too bulky and lack detail…..

why is “rude” set to hide by default instead of warn? i just had to change that myself. who decides what is and isn’t “rude” and completely buries the post? also, rudeness =/= dangerous misinformation. i feel like regardless of tone i feel we should be more focused on that????? weirdo mod behavior

since my ep was removed from streaming, i initially was eager to find another distributor to get it back up asap. i waited long enough, and now i don’t think I want to distribute my music to streaming anymore! bandcamp + soundcloud from now on i think. spotify doesn’t deserve to profit from my work

poked my head out in hell app again, it’s genuinely kind of confusing that everyone i used to talk to pretty regularly is still there posting. should i trust my gut and stay out or is everyone still having a good* time socializing there
