Dwight McNeil's been treated disgracefully by #CPFC. They made a bid, #EFC accepted and he reluctantly accepted his time might be over with us. CPFC then go dark and leave the player hanging, leaving him to pick up the pieces. I hope our fans give him a good reception. He's always been a model pro.

Took him just 45 minutes to show us what we all know to be true. He's the best defender at the club and the best young central defender in the country. He instantly makes us better by being so calm on the ball and passing the ball out from the back. Welcome back JB You've been missed. #Everton #EFC

I know it's a bit painful right now. But we need a little bit of perspective. #EFC currently sit above Palace, Bournemouth, Spurs and Forest. 4 teams who have been far more organised, far more upwardly mobile and far wealthier in recent seasons. Baby steps is what's required for us. #Everton.

Fair play DCL. A 6 game scoring streak. Am I sad he's not with us anymore? Not really. It felt like the right time for both player and club to make a clean break of it. We need a 15-20 goal a season man. It just wasn't going to be DCL. Sometimes you just need a fresh start. #EFC #Everton.

Can’t speak highly enough of our gaffer. I’ll never have a bad word to say about him. Moyes gets the club and he’s only getting started. With him at the helm I think better times are heading our way. I truly hope he wins a trophy for us to cement his legend status with us. #Everton #EFC

We didn’t quite get the RB we needed but overall I’d say that’s a very solid transfer window for #Everton. We have a squad that could start making inroads into the top ten of the premier league. After years of austerity it looks like #EFC can start looking up the table again.

If you were to use one word to describe James Garner I think it would be underrated. So vital to our team. Right back, left back, central mid. He just slots in and always gives a solid performance. Model professional. Proper team player. Goes under the radar a lot but a managers dream. #EFC #Everton

Tyler Dibling seems like the right signing at the right time for #Everton. He’s young, skilful, exciting with a very high bar of potential. The type of signing that says that we’re going places. I think the fans are gonna really warm to him. Can’t wait to see him step out at HD Stadium. #EFC

Jack Grealish may be the shiny new toy but this guy is the real MVP for #Everton. Still beggars belief that we got him for only £15 million. Every time he gets the ball he takes players on, makes something happen. And he weeks so hard tracking back too. He’s already a hero to the #EFC fans.

Jack Grealish is a statement signing for #Everton. One that says we’re over the PSR era and into a new era of optimism and growth. He is a signing we’d never have made under Benetiez/Lampard/Dyche. Ignore the sour grapes. He may work he may not. But he’s definitely a step in the right direction #EFC
