#EUSST is monitoring the re-entry of object ZQ-3 R/B (2025-282A #66877), a 2-stage launch vehicle that could have a dummy payload attached to its second stage. EU SST contributing sensors are observing the object to narrow down the re-entry window. More updates will follow soon.

EUSPA has signed a new launch contract with ARIANESPACE for the deployment of the second pair of Galileo Second Generation satellites (Galileo L18), to be launched aboard Ariane 6 under the delegation of the European Commission, strengthening Europe’s strategic autonomy.

Galileo update

After their launch in December, Galileo satellites 33 and 34 are now entering the Drift Stop and Fine Positioning phase.

From 27 January to 10 February, the satellites will be allocated to their final positions in orbit, a key milestone toward the in-orbit validation phase.
