ENCELADUS'S OCEAN WARMER THAN EXPECTED
In a paper in Science, www.science.org/doi/full/10.... show that the north pole also emits heat at a greater rate than can be explained by purely passive models.
Endogenic heat at Enceladus’ north pole
Unique observational evidence of heat from the warm ocean conducted through the water ice shell is found at Enceladus’ north pole.

NOT ALL SUB-NEPTUNE EXOPLAMEST HAVE MAGMA OCEANS
Researchers used internal structure modeling of surface conditions within the sub-Neptune population across a range of parameters. They find that a significant portion of the population may lack magma oceans: iopscience.iop.org/article/10.3...

MAYAN METHOD TO PREDICT ECLIPSES

A paper in Science Advances

www.science.org/doi/10.1126/...

explores how ancient Mayan calendar specialists designed a predictive eclipse table, revising a century of interpretation.
The design and reconstructible history of the Mayan eclipse table of the Dresden Codex
Mayan calendar specialists anticipated solar eclipses by correlating their occurrences with dates in their 260-day calendar.

THE INTERSTELLAR HERITAGE OF COMETS
Comets have similar compositions to interstellar medium ices, suggesting at least some of their molecules maybe inherited from them. To investigate this, researchers have compared the composition of comets to that of a protostellar region: arxiv.org/pdf/2509.20530
