Okay I deleted my other vent posts 'cause I thought maybe I'm jumping the gun but my heat and hot water still isn't working despite being told in an email it was fixed and then:
Me: "The heat and hot water still aren't working and the temperature inside keeps dropping."
Lady on the phone: "Okay."
Me: "The heat and hot water still aren't working and the temperature inside keeps dropping."

I will stand by that anyone who wants Rhystic Study banned in EDH is a scrub because I was just in a game this weekend where Rhystic was dropped early and nearly everyone at the table paid the 1 and focused down that player and playing it arguably hurt them more than it helped them.
