Once the fire investigation was complete, demolition of the remains of Wicked Witches Haunt and the Magic Mill building of Mr Rabbit's Tropical Travels didn't take long to complete and plans were already being drawn up for what ride or rides would fill the space.

Some truly incredible rare film footage of the Golding Leisure studio (previously Sparks Associates) creating the animated figures for the wonderful Ali Baba dark ride at Waliba Belgium for 1985. The only known footage of the team at work.

Veertig jaar geleden, in 1995, opende Het paleis van Ali-Baba in Walibi Belgium. De darkride overleefde de overname door Premier/Six Flags helaas niet maar werd door de nieuwe Amerikaanse eigenaren vrij snel gesloten. In deze reportage komt ook Walibi-oprichter Eddy Meeus kort even aan het woord.
