The economy can “grow” on paper even if people aren’t better off. GDP measures total activity, not everyday costs. Wages can rise while rent, food, healthcare, interest rise faster. Growth also driven by higher-income spending. These growth numbers don’t match average people's reality.

I'm sick of GOP constant complaining w/ zero solutions. Dems may not be perfect, but we try to help solve real problems. Yes, sometimes we go overboard. That is where we have ALWAYS needed GOP to balance us. That was when governing worked best. Dirty word for some in our party, but yes, compromise.
