When you have a deep relationship with yourself - and know who you are, your safety in life comes from that. You can always rely on yourself. You can always know that, no matter what, you are there for you.

→ You need to start asking “What does my heart say about this?” That’s how you choose authenticity. Simple, but also difficult. Because your ego will wanna take over: to compare, compete & create illusions that keep you “safe”.

Being is feminine energy, while doing is masculine energy. We all have both energies within us. If you cannot fully be yourself, your feminine energy needs balancing.
