Federal reduction in force (RIF), slated at 10% of the 2.4 million employees saves roughly $110 billion! Agencies are only authorized to hire 1 for every 4 vacancies, with some exceptions. This RIF will remove a massive 0.25% of the $6.75 Trillion budget and will do nothing to help the work force.
