Serious question: What's stopping the State of Illinois from arresting Stephen Miller & charging him with incitement?
The Senate didn't confirm him. He's just a guy.

If the GOP plan is allowed to stand, a 60-year-old couple making $85,000 per year would see a $22,635 INCREASE in their health insurance premiums.

While I disagree with the decision to suspend Kimmel for political speech, I think a lot of the explanation offered is helpful to Kimmel's future 1st Amendment lawsuit demonstrating that the decision was based on state action.

We should not be declaring WAR against US citizens in Washington, LA or Chicago.
The Constitution clearly gives the right to declare war exclusively to Congress.
