I'm done with another good workout on my biceps and triceps for the early evening. I'm working on a plan to improve my health even more with supplements and mushroom coffee. It will help with gut health, energy, and decent sleep.

My Sunday morning workout session for the lower body. I lifted weights for a little over an hour. I had a little more concentration on my calves, pushing for growth on the front and back of them.
