One of my favorite ways to start the year is with a social media break. I'll be off socials for the month of January at least. While I will miss everyone, I look forward to this time of more quiet and reflection. Happy New Year and see y'all in February! ♥️

One of my favorite things growing up was when Late Night with Conan O'Brien would do their central time zone NYE celebration lol the best was when it was Y2K NYE and they did "in the year 2000" right as we entered the year 2000

I've settled on staying with my cats because they hate the fireworks (poor babies) but ordering takeout and figuring out what I'm going to watch. Friends staying at home tonight: what are you watching??
I'm at some sort of weird point in my life where I both don't particularly want to do anything tonight but also am worried that I should be doing something tonight
