The Einstein Papers Project has been transcribing (and where necessary, translating) the Einstein archives and publishing them as printed volumes.
Since 2014, they've also had them online as a free

I think the "Shapiro Drag" effect might turn out to be a hot topic:

And partly because the logic seems unavoidable (Shapiro time-delay on a moving star gives "Drag from Lag").
