Yesterday, Andrew and I started section running the #DenverOrbitalTrail, a 177 mile, 28 segment loop, that circles Denver. Yesterday we started the loop on Segment 16 in Aurora. I’m super excited for this project!

Things are terrifying and awful right now but I found a way to have a good day. It was 64 degrees, I wore shorts for the first time in 2025, and I took Elbert on his first 5k dog jog. He did so great. Hang in there, friends. I hope you’re finding ways to make your soul happy #greatdane #trailrunning
