Ended up ditching Vivaldi and going back to Firefox. It's better than I remember from last time I tried it.

I'm thinking of ditching Vivaldi. Even in Dark Mode it's still very bright, and I'm not sure how committed they are to preserving the V2 manifest. Are there any non-Chromium browsers besides Firefox?

Just dropped my Pathfinder game. Feeling despondent. Seems like I'm never a good fit for any group.

I'm normally very good about scheduling and keeping my appointments. I overslept for a vet appointment though and took it really hard.
I was able to reschedule it, so it was fine. But I'm still shocked that I allowed that from myself.

Trying out Vivaldi since Chrome is phasing out adblockers. It's an adjustment but so far I'm not put off by it.

Today I took the train down to another neighborhood in my city and just spent a few hours walking around. I'm writing a story set in the city, but I haven't been to every part of it, and it's hard to really get a vibe for a place with google maps street view. Had a great time taking notes/pictures.

Scheduled a consultation for an orchiectomy today! Very excited. Still missing a letter, but I have a month or so to get it before the actual surgery is scheduled.

I heard that brusselsprouts aren't as bitter as they used to be, so I got a pack and tried some. They are less bitter than they were when I was a kid, but they're still really bland without heavy seasoning. Granted, I steamed them, but still. I'd rather cook mushrooms.

Morgan is specifically interested in things that I try to keep away from her. Arthur will lick water out of the sink when his water bowl is right there in the bathroom next to it. I can only do so much.

For future context, I have two cats, named Arthur and Morgan. They're brother and sister, and are named after King Arthur and Morgan Le Fay. I've had them since they were kittens, and they're about five years old now.

I can be on Reddit and YouTube all day, and my cats will not complain. But the moment I start writing, they both decide that I'm not allowed to pay attention to my laptop anymore.
