Fixed a few bugs with the NERV theme for my Innioasis Y1 media player. I did my best to get a "pilot synchronization" bar working instead of the peak meters, but my headache was telling me to stop so I dropped that idea for now 😬

Today is a "everyone fuck off and die" day. I slept for maybe an hour last night and feel like I'm on the verge of starting my villain era. Fear evil me, for I will cause constant minor inconveniences like making the bus arrive 2 minutes late and misplacing your keys when you're in a hurry.

Finished V1 of my NERV Rockbox theme for now! I'm slowly starting to understand how rockbox theming works. Perhaps eventually I'll make a theme from scratch :D

Got myself an Innioasis Y1 today to replace my cheap MP3 player. I got Rockbox installed and cracked it open to swap the internal SD card for a bigger one. My evening was spent reading the wiki, slowly learning how to modify themes. Evangelion theme soon baby!

Still looking for a better way to handle personal documentation. Joplin gets the job done for now but is becoming tedious. Coda and Notion are a no go as I want to be in control of my data. Obsidian requires payments for mobile synching. Wiki's are too clunky. Any geeks out there got suggestions?

Finished my blind playthrough of Dispatch and got the Visi romance ending. To call it a game a bit of a stretch and player choices could have been more impactful, but as an interactive story it was a fun experience. Also, Malevola 👀

Dug up the Casio watches I used to wear daily ±15 years ago before I wore smart watches. The MTP-1300D had a leaky battery but cleaned up fine, the solar powered AQ-S300 needed a new rechargeable coil cell and should now last another 10 years. Can't believe I even still had the spare band links 😁

The Action never ceases to amaze me. A mere €8 for a foldable 15w Qi2 charger. Yes its wobbly, but it works, doesn't overheat my phone and charges at 13w through a Spigen case. Goodbye old dock, it's a shame you're Qi1 and thus only charge at 3w on a Pixel 10 😔

Watched Tron: Ares. The concept of programs developing free will and the morality of abusing artificial life is interesting. The movie however was mediocre nostalgia bait posing as a lousy action movie. It removed everything that made Tron and Tron Legacy good. At least we got a NiN album out of it.

Finally started watching New Panty and Stocking with Garterbelt. Hearing those musical cues again after so many years has brought tears to my eyes. It puts me back in 2010, my golden age of attending anime conventions and all the wacky hijinks I got into with strangers who later became friends 😭
