Alba is a super cute game about being a little girl with the run of an island packed with wildlife. It's one of those "cozy games" that's not actually about avoiding conflict of pretending everything is perfect. I started playing on PC, and the controls are good but the island is weirdly vertical...

Haven't heard about bird flu in a while. Looks like it's slowed down for now since bird migrations are over for the season, but still spreading in some commercial animal herds. The CDC recommended improving PPE for dairy workers last year, so hopefully that explains the lack of known cases

A collapsed hollow apple tree, covered in rose bushes, raspberry brambles, moss, lichen, etc. The ground here is spongy and very rich. I wonder if I could grow something less thorny here.
