Do you know what is slightly depressing, realising you have to lose weight before you can fit in to the foundation garments you bought to slim you down when you thought you might just need them. It seems I’ll just have to be me so!

My feet are singing to me!
I can not wait to get home and take off my boots, then my socks! If at all possible I’d also like to exchange my feet, knees, legs in general and also my hips!

I’ve just been in a shop that I adore and it depresses the hell out of me, because it reminds me that I wasn’t born rich and haven’t done the lottery.

I’ve had Lemsip+ in the hopes that it will clear my cold and help me sleep.

I am sick to death of iTunes and iBooks putting random covers on albums. The are all correct on my laptop but pure random on my phone. It genuinely triggers anxiety in me and I can’t fix it, which also makes me anxious

I’ve just explained to someone that I tend to wait until after the 6th of December before I open my Christmas floodgates. However I will be watching White Christmas on BBC4 at 7pm

I’ve just explained to someone that I tend to wait until after the 6th of December before I open my Christmas floodgates. However I will be watching White Christmas on BBC4 at 7pm
I don’t mind getting a cold just coming up to a weekend. It’s just not convenient this weekend. This weekend I have to be nice and helpful and being a groggy snot monster = not part of the plan.

Why is it that the minute you put in nail varnish you instantly get an itchy nose, the need to go to the jacks or find that now is the time to put your shoes on!!! Always!!

I don’t mind the drive in the mornings - there isn’t that much traffic when I leave, but I really don’t like the driving traffic when it comes to going home 😤

The plan for the evening was sofa, blanket and wheat pillow - the an absolute light bulb moment happened - I could just go to bed. I love it when my brains works these kind of wonders!!

I was attempting a guided meditation and it was going well - I managed to inhale. Then it said think of a time in the past week when you were truly happy, that’s when it lost me. I don’t do truly happy. I might reach the heady heights of not unhappy but that’s it. I didn’t need to be reminded.

Absolutely horses through the first 3 books in the Empyrean series by Rebecca Yarros and I have now come to a thundering halt and find I have to wait for the next book.
So much for my vow of only reading a series once it’s finished!

This morning, I passed 10 cyclists coming against me - 3 had a light on the bike 7 were in pitch darkness and most of them were wrapped up in nice dark clothing. I know drivers have to take care but so should cyclists.
