Good news for #wetlands! 💦 Four sites in #Melbourne and the Bellarine are nominated for #Ramsar listing – a global nod to their beauty, wildlife and cultural value. That means more protection for precious ecosystems and endangered birds like the curlew sandpiper (pictured). Photo by Vedant Kasambe.
Sadly this dodgy group, Rainforest Reserves Australia, is being weaponised by climate deniers, has been cited by the Nationals leader David Littleproud & is being loudly amplified in the Murdoch media.
