1pm at Paglesham Eastend, Red breasted goose seems to settled there with 2500 Brent's most the time or if not at wallasea RSPB last few days, had very showy barn owl at wallasea car park & nearby approach road today

Just back from a week at westbay Dorset had to see my second brown shrike at upper hollesley common with #Yellowstriker following soon after the Dunwich strike .Showed well all afternoon

Another brilliant day yesterday 10 1/2 hours at Canvey point, 2 Manx shearwater (photo by Jeff Delve),juv long tailed skua, 2 great Skuas,25+ Gannets, 15+ Arctic Skuas,14 Kittiwakes plus few extras. All sightings close good views

Slightly surreal watching this Black Tern at Abberton Reservoir whilst a few feet away a posse of noisy motorbikes were zooming back and forth along the causeway. To say they were speeding would be an understatement.
