Before anyone thinks this is easy who hasn't tried but has done other 3D modelling or modding for other games, you should be warned that objects are saved as a JSON file that simply memorizes the location of every cube making up the item in relation to each other!

Finally figured out how the hell item config files work in #vintagestory! It took more time rooting through a lot of old documentation and tutorials and (more helpfully) dissecting other mods that people have made, but I've imported EQUIPMENT into the game! #modding #vtuber

Figured out eyes. Sometimes, when you're working on a project that is niche enough that it doesn't have a tutorial, the simplest things can take some SERIOUS time. I'm working on a less popular game through a less popular mod. But behold, finished character! #vintagestory #modding #vtuber

After countless hours messing around with the playermodellibrary mod and custom model making, I've managed to actually get my custom Vintage Story model to load in as a player... Sort of.

I realize more and more that every game and stream is just some excuse to be a little bit creative when I'm having fun. It wasn't long into thinking about vintage story content that I thought how fun it would be to make custom models and avatars in it for people. Now I'm here. #vintagestory #vtuber
