It is quite an adventure, but it is absolutely worth the searing experience.

Hot pot is the traditional dish in Chongqing. And yes, the bubbling pot in which you will cook your side dishes is a vibrant pool of aromatic oil and fierce red peppers.

Lately, I’ve been concerned about accounts here posting pictures that, according to their profile, they claim are theirs, when it is obviously not the case. It doesn't matter if we're posting other people's pictures; just give them credit as we should. Here a couple of examples.
