This is actually pretty true as I think about it
People that are good listeners are good communicators. Think of all the bad communicators you know, they don’t listen do they? Why you think the strong friend is the strong friend? It’s because they are a good listener and they are empathic. Empathy helps you be a better communicator.

I have a thought on this. Some people are just bad communicators. They will make efforts to be better but they will never be good/great communicators. Mostly because they don’t know how to listen when you express yourself. Listening is what a lot of people lack for communication skills.
