It’s cool when I change the dose of levothyroxine and write specifically that it is a dose change, then the exact same CVS still sends a fax requesting refills for the other dose.

Patient today had Cigna and is on metformin for diabetes, not controlled. I prescribe Ozempic and Cigna responds that Ozempic is not covered but Trulicity is without prior auth, okay fine. I prescribe Trulicity, they respond Trulicity is not covered and suggest metformin…@cignahealthcare.bsky.social
