The Washington DC subreddit has reached consensus that if any of us are approached for a street interview with the press, our statement is "Trump deployed the National Guard to protect the Epstein files."

@gavinnewsom.bsky.social Maybe the police are the problem.

Inexcusable. This is a clear violation of the constitution and those officers oath. Disband the whole fucking agency.
ICE crossed a line in LAβ€”again. Tear gas was fired into peaceful crowds. Innocent people detained. U.S. citizens taken without cause. This is why we protest. This is why we organize. This is why we fi...

#SecCookieMonster got an earful at Olympic National Park!

Key takeaways:
- how do you keep visitor centers open and pathetic public safe when you fire staff?
- the emails to employees were abusive.
- this is not a business; balance sheets don’t make sense.

Doug Burgum had a real life FAFO moment when he stopped at Olympic National Park on his β€œgrand tour” of the PNW National Parks. The Interior Secretary got exactly what he deserved: A reality check fro...

They can have a special cell in Alcatraz.
F this. New plan: reality show where members of the Administration compete for a cell in a federal prison. Losers sent to El Salvador or GuantΓ‘namo.

Pay attention! This is an attempt to weaken the endangered species act, among other things.

It is also an effort to promote mining & oil over conservation measures and compliance.

This Admin is about billionaires, not regular citizens/patriots. Please comment!

What is most important is that the plans see light of day before people are walked out the door.

As predicted, all DOI hiring actions have now been paused (with a few minor exceptions).

Anyone who was reassigned, took a detail or temp promotion after April 17 will have it reversed.

It’s very clear and stated in the memo this is a precursor to a Reduction in Force (RIF).

The congressional review act is being abused to attempt to delist the longfin smelt to benefit a few rich water districts in the California central valley. They missed the review window and the science is solid. Rules matter. Let these reps know.

Some of our offices were similar. Nobody is leaving on their own terms. They are making decisions for their families. ❀️

It fucking sucks. It gives me some solice that they are no longer bound by the hatch act and are free to pop off as they see fit. I judge noone but I will miss them immensely.
April 19, 2025 at 1:17 AM
If they really are going that route, they will be first in line for RIF. This at least gets them backpay and extends benefits. I'll take the win of them obeying a court order as well.

Looking forward the donating money to every primary opponent of these fucking cowards.

If you vote yes for a 9 month CR there will be no government to rebuild.
March 13, 2025 at 6:04 PM
You cannot support any bill without protections for federal employees. The proposed RIF plans are due the day before the budget. There is no social security without people to process it. Stop this attack.

It's going to get worse. Better prepare for it, because you're looking at thousands of federal workers losing there jobs and flooding the private sector during a recession.
March 8, 2025 at 3:19 AM
How about your federal civil servants who are being attacked daily?
March 8, 2025 at 1:03 AM
Coward. Stand up a stop pretending it's buisness as usual.

@bera.house.gov Your vote of censure is a discrace. Read the fucking room and grown a spine.
March 6, 2025 at 5:53 PM
I have very low expectations for how this will be handled, and they will probably be even worse than that.
