A 2024 RCT by Assmann et al found that patients with BPD showed substantial improvements from both DBT and schema therapy, suggesting that even severely affected patients with BPD and various comorbid disorders can be helped by these treatments #BIGSPD25 pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/38986457/

The action/consequences model is a model to aid critical thinking and decision making where risk is a concern, asking questions and provoking thought based on consequential ethics, and asking "what has happened? What is happening? What might happen?"
