Middle of the night work thoughts:
Growing up, mental health issues never became taboo in my family because so many of my family dealt with some mental health or neurodivergence.
Now is the exact opposite because mom-in-law is so obsessed with "image" & "public perception based on assocition."

So I am going to try to be more active this year, mental health permitting.
I can't really post a "get to know me" interest list as it usually flys out my head as soon as I start trying to write it. Currently enjoying:
