“Cozy games” make up like 50% of the indie game market. Is it because everyone wants to be the next stardew or are combat systems just too hard for some people? Not saying I dislike cozy games, it’s just either “i’m making a cozy game” or a 2d pixel art sidescrolling platformer 🤷♀️

I don’t like mac os, but I love the sleek look of the macbook. I wanna run ubuntu or kali linux, need to a good laptop for that.

Found out I have enough electives in my bachelors to take the entirety of the game dev bachelors course.

Been trying to study all day and just can’t find the right mindset. Made it through like a couple chapters with like 2 pages of notes. Slow, not processing stuff well, just really tired today.
Going to go on a nice walk, wake myself up and hopefully have a better night study session.

I open reddit and it’s all politics. I can barely sleep anymore, constantly scared. Sitting beside my window listening if bombs are coming or people start breaking in. Being Trans in alabama, or the U.S. as a whole is a nightmare right now. I just wanna read, work, sleep…
