I am so emotionally tired this week. Had a wonderful Halloween, was able to open up more socially online, house is starting to come together. My theory is either the need of companionship and interaction or new smells triggering my allergies. At least I am not directly blaming myself like I use to.

Kept offline today, played some disc golf by myself. Definitely feel better. Think when I get super depressed I will keep offline and go do something to get my mind off things. I am sure everyone already does such things for themselves, so happy to start learning.
