Congratulations to Motherwell on reaching the quarter finals of the Scottish Cup👏

Every year we have had him Nicky Devlin's form has dropped off massivly in the winter, and every year we insist on playing him every single game regardless.
January 18, 2026 at 3:07 PM
We must be the only team in the world to become a bag of nerves AFTER an early goal.
January 18, 2026 at 3:01 PM
He may not be our player, but im already beginning to like Lyall Cameron after seeing he can clear the first man taking a corner.

Yes, the bar is really that low.
January 18, 2026 at 2:48 PM
Was about to post this bemoaning how our CB's jump for headers

But then we scored after Dante headed it on for Milne to head in😂
January 18, 2026 at 2:45 PM
Its a pity we're so rotten this season, as already a great chance to go far in the Scottish Cup is emerging.

Theres at least 4 top flight teams going out today alone.

Cant bring myself to LOL at Hibs yet as I'm not confident about tomorrow at all.

Shame it's never worked our for Vinnie, as he was a good goalscoring winger. Doesnt work hard enough defensively though.

Maybe one day we'll find out exactly what happened in Atlanta to make the club so hell-bent in binning him.
Vicente Besuijen has joined Eerste Divisie side FC Emmen on loan for the remainder of the season.

Good luck Vinnie!

It can't just be me that thinks recruiting ex-MPs from the most unpopular and disasterous conservative party in decades isnt the masterstroke that Reform think it is?

It's a bit like Kilmarnock trying to stop the rot by bringing in Neil McCann...
January 12, 2026 at 1:01 PM
They spent 5 minutes checking that red card, and blow the whistle as soon as the free kick is taken? Not to mention a goal that shouldnt have stood...

My god the SFA are desperate for Hearts to keep up this challenge.
January 11, 2026 at 2:55 PM
Apparently this guy had a hand in Hamburger SV's very first relegation in their entire history.

They may have been a total basket case, but that alone makes it a no from me.

Sunderland are quickly becoming my favourite team in the premier league. Everton vs Sunderland has been a great watch and they play some fantastic quick, fluid and aggressive football.

Everything I wish the dons were.
January 10, 2026 at 1:57 PM
Apart from being devoid of any action, this Arsenal v Liverpool game has been shite.
January 8, 2026 at 9:35 PM
Can't help but feel we've reverted back to "Jimmyball" this half. Stupid passes around the back, taking too long on the ball, and cant take a first touch if our lives depended on it.
January 6, 2026 at 9:19 PM
Well, us being a bunch of total gimps from set pieces aside, there was a lot of improvement there.

Keeping it simple at the back when put under pressure is what I wanted to see. Pressing has been far better, and a bit more composure from KB and we could have had 2 goals.
January 6, 2026 at 8:52 PM
These players need to f**king grow up when it comes to corners. Amateur teams could defend them better than us.
January 6, 2026 at 8:43 PM
We're growing into this game you know.
January 6, 2026 at 8:31 PM
Goalkeeping bombscare aside, I've already seen enough in this first 20 mins to know we'll be okay this season. More aggression, more forward passes, more tackles.
January 6, 2026 at 8:20 PM
What is Mitov doing 🤦‍♂️
January 6, 2026 at 8:12 PM
A lot to read into in this.

Did Thelin just not fancy Gyamfi? Eager to see him as a standard LB

Karlsson dropped. Why was Jimmy incapable of doing that? Did this cause issues?

I expected Nisbet to play as he and Peter Leven are close. Hope he looks like a different player with support around him.
The Dons!
January 6, 2026 at 6:54 PM
And so it begins...
January 5, 2026 at 5:43 PM
Wilfired Nancy anyone? Give him another crack at the huns?😂
January 5, 2026 at 3:29 PM
Hoping to see a display where we keep it simple at the back and show a bit of grit and desire. Leven has shown before he can get that out of a team.

Maybe we'll also work out whether it was Thelin that was incapable, or the squad.
Next Up | We travel to Ibrox to take on Rangers.
January 5, 2026 at 12:45 PM
My requirements of the next Aberdeen manager.

1. Must be willing to start Kjartansson and Bilalovic on a regular basis.

2. Must be willing to play Topi Keskinen IN HIS NATURAL POSITION

3 Must be ready to catapult Jesper Karlsson and his enormous ego back to Bologna, or the moon if budgets allow.
January 4, 2026 at 7:18 PM
Classy words from Jimmy, and all said and done a thoroughly decent guy. Sadly just didnt work out, and a lot of players that he himself brought in should hang their heads in shame.

If given 18 months and 3 transfer windows you still can't get a team playing in any recognisable style, or even in a competent manner, then you've failed in your duties.

Thank you for 24/05/25 Jimmy, a day that will be with me forever.

Onwards.
