Thinking about this post... bsky.app/profile/emax.... The idea of not working out, then pushing it hard in hindsight, bad idea. On 8/12 I store my Achilles playing pickle ball. Then spent 9 wks in crutches and a boot. Turns out at 44, stretching and normal workouts aren't optional 😆 Lesson learned.
Last weekend I met a friend near NYC. We walked 16 miles around NYC and the next day rode bikes 17 miles around Newark.

Inspired I pushed it again today, riding 20 miles.

For not working out ever these days, I’m pleased that I was able to do it and inspired to keep going.
