🤌🏻💋 Keeping a Zojirushi thermos of iced (well, cold) latte + migraine meds + other meds by the bed is an ace strategy. Felt the migraine first thing when woke up, slammed all the meds I could take without food. Good to go. Took 3 hours to wake up. Just checking emails now.
