Imo our defense budget/foreign aid budget should alter based on threat levels. If you want to believe it or not the UK is at threat. We've dealt with so many of Russia's proxy attacks on our govornment, meddling in elections and creating a civil unrest. Why do you think that is?

The tories and Labour alike have fucked up our budgets and accepted all kinds of corruption but cutting our defense budget isn't the way to fix it.
People are getting too comfy seeing war elsewhere and thinking it'll never happen to us. Ukraine is currently fighting off Russia from attacking us-
