It's been a minute #golfsky! Weather has been great so I have been playing a ton. And it's paying off! Won my flight in a two day tournament this weekend with a 80-81 to win by 6 strokes! My two best competitive rounds to date and I am now at my low handicap! #LGLG ⛳️🏌️🏾♂️

Got in a nice practice round for next weekend's competitive round. Been a little lost with driver but luckily learned I won't need much more than a long iron off most of the tees. #LGLG

Something wonderful happened this morning folks! I broke 80 for the first time!! Played some up tees that were just over 5500 yards, but we are making some great progress. This is a big mental barrier down! ⛳️🏌️🏾♂️ #LGLG

Finished round 2 with an 87. Had a great front but lost a little steam after topping my drive on 11 about 40 yards but proud of the grind. It was a hot one out there today! Back to flighted tournaments next week ⛳️🏌🏾♂️

89 in my first round. Definitely some nerves on the first couple holes but managed to ease into. Had some nervy 3 putts today and put myself in some precarious green side chipping spots. But learned I can hit a lot of the same shots as scratch golfers. Excited for tomorrow #LGLG ⛳️🏌🏾♂️

Playing in my first Men’s Amateur tournament this weekend. Guys in my group are a +1.8 and +0.6. Good chance to see some good golf up close! #LGLG

We may have found something on the range today working on speed training. Just getting as much width as I can win the backswing. I still feel like I have some chs out there I can get and a little better contact will boost the ball speed. How long until I can play like this? 🏌🏾♂️

The greens were wild at Charleston Municipal. The architect for the remodel used a lot of Raynor templates/inspiration. The result is a heck of a fun round. Especially on punched greens 🙃
