Rump didn't 'neglect' to consider violence when pardoning his militia. If he could have, he'd have rewarded it. He made it clear those who'd kill for him, who have no limits, are protected. Add in Pete, the one guy he can count on to turn the military on it's own citizens . . . anyone see a trend?
