Well I've had an absolutely fucking miserable morning of work.

People have twisted my words all morning. One of my employees was wildly unprofessional. And to top it off, someone found a dead pet on the side of the road and rather than call the council, dumped it on our private property.

What perfect album came out when you were 16?

Maybe one of the easiest of this kind of question I've ever seen. 2008 was an absolute belter of a year for no skip rock records.

Wanted to try it at uni in 2011 but the nerdsoc at York at the time was incredibly hostile and gatekeepy so I didn't bother.

About 6 years later, I picked up a Nissa starter deck so I could jam a game with @revelo.bsky.social when we first met up, the rest is history.

2025 gaming backlog 43 - Detective Grimoire (PC)

A thoroughly enjoyable first entry into the franchise, though it's odd playing it after Tangle Tower. Looks and sounds wonderful and I enjoy the simple mystery at its heart, but the puzzles are a bit limp.

2025 gaming backlog 42 - Fire Emblem: The Blazing Blade (GBA)

The first FE to make it to the EU, and one I've wanted to beat for decades. Absolutely excellent story and writing, but good grief is it hard! Definitely a great tactics rpg, and holds up beautifully.

I like making my mind up about artists, so over the last month or so I decided to listen to every Taylor Swift album and naturally put them in a handy-dandy tierlist.
